# BAO Ngon

> A Nha Trang restaurant built on two ideas: hydro-thermal steaming in a pot at your own table, and fresh bao buns folded around fried seafood, cheese and BBQ meat. The broth from every steamed course drips into rice under the pot and comes back at the end as porridge.
