> A Swiss-run micro-distillery and open-air bar on the south side of Nha Trang, pouring its own small-batch fruit spirits — pineapple, passion fruit, banana and herb — alongside grappa, rum, beer and wine. Evenings only, with compose-your-own pizza straight from the bar.

### Kilo Distillates

- **Pineapple** — 70,000 VND
  Kilo's flagship pour — ripe pineapple distilled in-house to a clean 40%, served neat in a 3 cl glass.
- **Passion Fruit** — 110,000 VND
  The most aromatic of the house spirits — tart tropical passion fruit captured at 40%, all perfume and zip.
- **Aged Pineapple** — 90,000 VND
  The pineapple spirit rested until it turns rounder and mellower — same 40%, a softer, deeper sip.
- **Grappa** — 90,000 VND
  A grape-pomace brandy in the Italian style, distilled on site; dry and warming at 40%, a 3 cl digestif.
- **Banana** — 60,000 VND
  Ripe banana turned into a soft, gently sweet 40% distillate — an easy 3 cl pour to start with.
- **Herbs** — 60,000 VND
  A Swiss-style herbal spirit — botanicals steeped and distilled to a bittersweet 40%, the after-dinner one.
- **White Rum** — 50,000 VND
  Unaged cane rum from the house still, bright and clean at 40% — mixes as happily as it sips.
- **Oak-Aged Rum** — 70,000 VND
  The same cane rum rested in oak to a bold 55%, picking up vanilla and spice from the wood.
