Bụt Việt Vegetarian Restaurant
A garden-quiet vegetarian house on Đống Đa in central Nha Trang, built around a koi pond and a skylit wall of greenery that runs between the tables. The kitchen cooks Vietnamese meat-free food at full restaurant scale — clay-pot mushrooms and tofu, hand-rolled starters, bright shredded salads, rice and noodle plates, and per-guest set menus for two or more. A separate menu comes out on full-moon and new-moon days, and the fried rice is made without egg on request.
Grandma's Rice Set
The homestyle rice table, seven courses for one guest: oyster mushroom and kohlrabi salad, fried spring rolls, shredded tofu with lemongrass and sesame, the house braised mushrooms with pepper, lotus root and jujube soup, steamed rice and seasonal fruit. Priced per guest, for two guests or more.
